We’ve been using the free account until we add some more people, and over the last 5 days, the performance has been horrible. I have commits that hang midway, I can’t set up cruise control instance, because the checkout hangs, etc. Is there some limitation on the free account that I can’t make some number of requests or something?

None of our servers are currently experiencing any problems that would cause the kind of behavior you have indicated. Additionally, the free account is not limited by number of requests at all.

On the front end, it sounds like an issue that is localized to your network or machine. Please send us an email at Unfuddle Support with your account subdomain and any other relevant information (repositories, etc) and we would be glad to help you investigate the problem.

This is really overdue, but I just wanted to let anyone know that might read this that it turned out the problem was on my end. I had a NIC that went bad and didn’t realize it. I am a current user of unfuddle and recommend it highly.
