I added someone to my project, and they have the ability to manage tickets (I’d prefer read and create) but they still cannot access the Time Tracking function. What do I need to do?

In order for your users to be able to use time tracking, they much have at least read access on People as well (as time tracking is so interlinked with the concept of people).
