Topic: Time Invested by Milestone, filter by Person?

Ant,

Thanks for your feedback.

Right now, the milestone does appear when grouping by Person, but I agree that this is still difficult to see the exact hours spent by a single person on the milestone.

As we continue to grow the time tracking features of Unfuddle, it is our intention to make the time tracking more versatile like the ticket reports.

Ant and Avi,

I am not sure how we missed this, so thanks for the reminder!

This is an interesting idea. I imagine that this might be accomplished by simply being able to select a certain ticket report which would determine the tickets included in any reminders. This could be combined with milestones upcoming and late.

What do you think?

+1!

Also, why is this sitting here for over a month without any response from Unfuddle staff? You could at least acknowledge the request!

Topic: Invoiced Checkbox for Time Tracking

As mentioned in my Export to QuickBooks API posting (http://unfuddle.com/community/forums/6/topics/192), I’m very interested in the project management (Unfuddle) and invoicing (QuickBooks) relationship. I would like to gather Unfuddle users who are interested in an API connection to QuickBooks.

+1 Ant

This QuickBooks API could report back (hook) to Unfuddle with a tickets billing status “billed” (default “billable”).

Topic: Invoiced Checkbox for Time Tracking

Ant,

Thanks for your feedback.

I completely understand you request. It is very natural to want to use Unfuddle time tracking for the purpose of invoicing. Unfuddle has evolved quite a bit since it’s beginnings, however, up until now we have chosen not to include invoicing as a feature.

We have no plans to integrate more invoice specific features into Unfuddle at this time. However, we would certainly encourage the integration of Unfuddle with existing invoicing applications or services. It really becomes a question of a company doing what it’s best at (i.e. Unfuddle doing project management and Service X doing invoicing).
